Pathways is excited to announce our participation at Santa Barbara’s Fermentation Festival for the second year in a row. Come out to Stow House/Rancho La Patera on Sunday, September 10 to learn all about the benefits and processes of fermented foods from local food experts and artisans. Our very own Dr. Michelle Hansen will be speaking at the festival’s Culture Chat at 3:30, so stop by for answers to all of your questions about “Immunity and the Microbiome in Childhood/Adolescence” and the impact of the microbiome on immunity, hormones, behaviors, ADD/ADHD, and acne.

Pathways will also be participating as an exhibitor. Check your Zinc and Vitamin C levels when you aren’t checking out the Farm-to-Bar or making your own pickles at the DIY Fermentation Station. We will be available to chat about the benefits of fermentation and its place in a healthful life.
